Casey's Car Wash & Detail Center

I’ve taken my car here a few times when it really needed a deep clean, and they do a pretty decent job overall. The exterior wash is standard, but the detail work is where they really stand out they put in the effort to get into the spots that I usually miss. The staff is professional, though it can get a bit pricey depending on the level of service you choose. It’s a reliable spot if you have the time to leave your car for a bit and want to get it looking back to showroom quality.

I keep trying to give these guys a shot but I’m done. The 2 stars is for friendliness but for $70 on Casey’s best I would expect more. There were obvious crumbs and a leaf in the crack of the passenger seat that were not vacuumed. Black stuff in the driver handle I wiped off with my finger. When I got him I took some basic interior spray and a waffle rag and in 15 minutes removed all of the foot scuffs on the interior panels, dirt marks on the backs of the seats, cleaned out the cup holders. That is what I would expect out of $70. There are still bug guts on the hood, mirrors and windshield. My mechanic doesn’t better job for free with an oil change. In the door there are stains but there are crumbs that could have been vacuumed as well. Just zero attention to detail.

Casey’s deserves some pretty major kudos today. A smoothie cup exploded on me while I was driving and made its way into my air vents and speaker. I went to a different auto shop for them to tell me it would cost 2700 to remove the dash and get it out. I explained to them that it wasn’t that deep and I just needed the smoothie out of the vent before it dried. They sent me over to Casey’s and they were able to shampoo it out of my carpet, remove it from the speaker grate, and the vents for a 30$ spot clean charge. I started the day thinking the smoothie was going to total my car and left with my savings account intact.

I can't believe I didn't know this was here until now! They actually will hand dry and make sure your car is clean. For the price it's actually a great value! Take a look at my before and after pictures! I'm a fan

Wow, wish we would have read the reviews first. Casey’s Auto Detailing is lacking in the basics of cleaning a car interior. Requested the pristine interior detail cleaning for $250. Yep, that’s a lot of money and you expect quality work. Unfortunately they were not capable. The owner suggested we go elsewhere. That’s after he gave a 30% discount and attempted to clean a second time. Mind you, they had the car ALL DAY. It’s a Camaro and not even that big. My daughter sent me the photos which speak volumes. It’s dirty still. The owner is even a former CSU RAM taking advantage of a college student. QUITE DESPICABLE IN MY BOOK. Wants to rest on the laurels that they are a small family owned business, giving back to the community. How about just do quality work as you advertise? Be a business of integrity and stand behind your workmanship. UPDATE: Nothing malicious here. Check your records, I paid for the service and certainly can comment on service received. Simply posting the truth which the photos reflect. Photos do not lie. And trust we would NEVER return to Casey’s Car Wash & Detail..
